Thanks to the guidance of an exceptional coach, what is pending is a far superior transformational componentized construction system. Only the concept and the history remains the same. 

Please bear with us. We have significantly upgraded each of the components to improve their performance and ease of assembly. Several of the new components each will do what it took several components to achieve before. Best of all, it will resist the worst that Mother Nature can hurl at it.

Now, an entire structure can be assembled primarily by unskilled labor using mainly a rubber mallet and Velcro tape ~ and as a Cradle-2-Cradle system, it can be disassembled, including the utilities, with a kitchen spatula or a putty knife and reassembled to meet your current needs. 

We are preparing now to select the best component producers and to bring the system to the waiting market. 

Once the patenting process is safely underway, you will be able to see the whole componentized transformational system on a permanent website.

Expensive craftsmen are hand-cutting and fitting in the field using out-of-date materials and methods ~ concrete foundation – 1754; plywood – 1758; stick framing – 1832; steel framing - 1890; sheetrock – 1915. The same applies to the solar installations of today. Even the latest solar panel is ‘nailed’ to the exterior rather than being part of the structure. Remember, nails were used in Julius Caesar’s day. Just like the production of a car before Henry Ford; construction for homes, schools, industrial plants and other facilities use out-of-date materials and methods to build thus costing many times what they should.

This is a first-of-its-kind engineered composite bridge carrying this tank. It is built using extruded composite I-beams, deck boards, railing and solid round pilings that are comprised of corrosion, water, insect and abrasion-resistant post-consumer high-density polymers. Once it’s extruded, the final material has specific strength equal to or greater than steel on a weight-by-weight basis. Precision and flexibility are critical in the structural members of the e~TECH componentized transformational construction system. That is why we are using composites. They are the only material that meets those criteria.
